What The F*ck Did I Do To My Face?
Every procedure and treatment I do (or have done) to my face - treatment schedules, horror stories, before & afters
To say I get this question a lot would be the understatement of the century. People who knew me before my glow up have asked me if I’ve gotten a facelift, jaw restructuring surgery, a brow lift, an upper bleph, buccal fat removal, you name it, I’ve been asked. For context:
To their surprise and thankfully for my wallet, I’ve done only the ✨minor✨ stuff… to my face at least.
*See the screenshot-able list and all of this info and more in video form at the end of this post
Here’s the breakdown…
Daily
MORNING SKINCARE - duh
NIGHTTIME SKINCARE - also duh
Gua Sha - I try to do this every night, which in reality turns into 3-5 nights per week but even with that, gua sha has changed my life. Goodbye puffiness, hello snatched af, lifted and a jaw line that could cut glass - my favorite gua sha
Mouth Tape - They don’t call it beauty rest for nothing. Combining mouth taping with my gua sha routine has taken my jawline from meh to truly iconic, but the real game-changer? My sleep quality has never been better. Not all mouth tapes are created equal, though — my favorite mouth tape doesn’t dry out my chronically chapped lips, stays put even with layers of skincare, and has a little hole for water and yapping.
Water – The ultimate beauty hack that costs zero dollars. Ever since I committed to drinking 1.5 gallons a day, my skin has been on another level — plump, dewy, and glowing. Fine lines and dry patches are a thing of the past. Not to mention the energy boost and how much better I feel overall. It’s truly the easiest way to level up your skincare routine without adding a single product. I know they’re ridiculous, but my Stanley is a huge help for meeting my water intake goals
Disclaimer here - If you go from not drinking a ton of water to drinking this much, be prepared for your body to, well… not be prepared. Breakouts are normal at the beginning — your pores are purging all the toxins and gunk that you’re now flushing out with all that extra water. Also, you’re going to pee. And I mean pee a lot. It’s annoying but your body will adjust. Stick with it and trust the process. I promise it’s worth it.
Monthly
Lymphatic Drainage Massage - Immediately snatched. The TOX (they have locations 30+ locations in the US and Canada!) I get their 60 Master Tox and Sculpting Facial at least monthly but also before and/or after traveling, before big events, etc.
Hydrafacial - The ultimate glow-up in under an hour. Getting a monthly HydraFacial has been a game changer for my skin overall. I love a deep clean (and looking at all the gunk the machine sucks out of my face) with intense hydration, and glass-skin immediately, no downtime. If you want smoother texture, tighter pores, and that lit-from-within glow, consider this your sign to book one ASAP.
Facial -I highly recommend asking for the “custom” or basic facial at your spa — most places offer one, and your esthetician can tailor the treatment to exactly what your skin needs. Pro tip: When you find someone you trust, stick with them and work together on your long-term skin goals. Don’t get sucked into them trying to upsell you on $500 of products at checkout, but if they suggest something to enhance your routine, take note — it might be worth incorporating!
NAD+ & B12 Injections - These powerhouse injections do more than just boost energy — they help with skin regeneration, collagen production, and that radiant, well-rested look we all want. NAD+ supports cellular repair and slows aging, while B12 keeps your skin bright and balanced. Together they’re like an instant refresh for your body and your complexion.
Every 3 - 4 Months
Botox, botox, botox. I love botox! I started my relationship with botox when I was at my wits end struggling with migraines. I felt like I couldn’t escape them. Botox has given me back days, weeks, potentially years of my life thanks to reducing my migraines.
If you’ve been a reader for any amount of time, you know how much I want kids but I have to say, the thought of going without botox for nine months, multiple times is daunting.
My placements:
Forehead
Brow Lift *dermatologists inject differently for this, some only do above or below the tail of the brow. mine does both. this is a question for your derm regarding the shape of your face and what they think it best.
Glabella (elevens)
Masseters (jaw muscle) Absolute game changer for my migraines!!! *be very careful that they don’t inject too far forward in this muscle — when I first started, I didn’t know any better and my smile got frozen and droopy. back of the muscle only please.
Bi - Annually
Trap Botox - Ok, yes, I did start this around the time that Barbie Botox was going viral. But hear me out. First of all, I didn’t even know you could get botox in your traps. I’ve struggled with tightness in that area my whole life thanks to riding horses. Turns out that tightness can also be a contributor to migraines. And I’m definitely not complaining about the aesthetic effects if has either.
Clear + Brilliant (or comparable) Laser - I love a good laser treatment. Clear + Brilliant is a super gentle laser that minimized pores, evens out texture, and gives you a major glow. It’s perfect if you want results without the downtime of heavier lasers, and the more you do it, the better your skin gets.
As Needed
Filler
Chin - I’ve talked about this before but I absolutely hate my chin filler. I got it hoping that it would help sharpen my jawline (when all I needed to do was gua sha and mouth tape) and I feel like it has made my chin so pointy.
Lips - I love my lip filler! So much so that I’m thinking about going in for more. I already had naturally big(ish) lips and the .5 syringe that I got just accentuated them and gave the perfect plump pillow-yness.

If you like what you see, consider:
totally anecdotal but regarding going without Botox while possibly pregnant- myself and friends have experienced pregnancy “steroid” effect where our autoimmune issues have not affected us while pregnant! And then about 3months post partum they relapse. Super weird but I have had 3 children so far and it’s happened every time, so maybe you’ll get lucky 💕 thank you for sharing this whole routine!!
Screenshotted for my next Botox appt! Also wondering if you’ve tried ice roller vs gua sha?? My limited experience showed more results with the ice.
